Through our weekly trainings, application assignments and community of farmers who sell direct to consumer, you will learn, implement, and get coaching from me on the most important topics you need, paired with the support of a group who are exactly where you are.

Meet your coach...
Hi, I'm Victoria! A first generation farmer, lover of warm weather, early morning workouts and dessert for any meal. Before we go too far you need to know one thing...just last year I made the hardest decision of my life.
-- I left the farm.
After running an on farm market for over eight years I made the decision to get divorced (cue the tears as I walked out of the barns knowing I was stepping away from livestock that I poured my soul into).
Since stepping out of that operation I have discovered a brand new passion as a coach for small farms who sell direct to consumer (while also renovating my new home and loving on my three highlander cows)!
I have found so much joy in connecting, coaching and helping other farmers through the same struggles I faced within the direct to consumer industry.
